There may not be jingle bells in Playmakers Pavilion Saturday night, but your head will surely be ringing after Static X finishes. The Los Angeles-based industrial heavy metal act brings a blizzard of buzz and feedback wherever they play. The quartet's latest disc, "Start a War," was an ominous title as the group is now battling fallout over fired guitarist, Tripp Eisen's arrest for having sex with a minor. Singer and guitarist Wayne Static brought back original axeman Koichi Fukuda, and the group is again a well-oiled war machine. Opiate for the Masses and Latino rockers Ill Ni?o open the show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for this all-ages show are $21 and $24. (701) 232-6767.
