With prom and wedding season upon us, many women will start spending lots more time in area hair salons. Get primed with a visit to Truvy's Beauty Salon, the setting of "Steel Magnolias." Perhaps better known as the star-studded 1989 movie, the stage version still revolves around the lives and lessons of a colorful and feisty group of gal-pals in a small Louisiana town. The dramatic and comedic makeovers at the Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre, 333 4th St. S., Fargo, start at 7:30 tonight and Saturday with a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday and the same hours next week with an additional Thursday show.
