Saturday and Sunday

The kids have all returned from summer camp, so now it's time for adults to pack up, ship out and find themselves. WomanSong, a two-day rural retreat, doesn't include classes on leather wallet-making. Instead, attendees are encouraged to express themselves in images, words and song. Saturday opens with yoga, tai chi and qi gong classes before music by Darin Henze & Co., Kelsey Lee and Rachel Nelson as well as discussions with Juni Kae Randall, Mary Ellen Erickson and more. Sunday's featured guests include mother and daughter Barbara Crow and Sarah Morrau, Christi Kracht and the second talk from keynote speaker Robin Silverman. The event takes place at LaMoure County Memorial Park, just outside Grand Rapids, N.D. Enrollment is $35 a day or $45 for both days.
