West Fargo police arrested two runaway boys and one man Thursday after chasing down a stolen car.

A third juvenile who had been driving the car, fled the scene and still hasn't been found, said West Fargo Capt. Dave Bruckner.

The three boys and one man -- Magnus Jon Brown, 18 -- are all from Grand Forks, Bruckner said.

According to police reports:

A dispatcher told him the car -- a maroon, 1998 Buick -- had been reported stolen two hours earlier in Edina, Minn.

The West Fargo officer followed the car and attempted to pull it over, but the car wouldn't stop.

The car headed eastbound on Main Avenue, attempted to make a right turn and drove into a ditch.

The driver is described as a white, 5-foot 7-inch male , 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Thursday morning he was wearing kaki pants, a white T-shirt and tennis shoes. When police last saw him, he was wet from going through a drainage ditch and was heading east from First Avenue and 11th Street West in West Fargo.

If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are asked to call the West Fargo Police Department at (701) 282-4154.
