WEST FARGO - History wasn't lost on the student body of South Elementary in West Fargo.
The school's nearly 500 elementary students watched President Barack Obama's inauguration on Tuesday morning, cheering and applauding along with the millions of others watching the historic event.
"This is literally history," Principal Loren Kersting told the elementary students. "You will understand 15, 20 years from now how important today is."
