A 44-year-old West Fargo man pleaded innocent in Cass County District Court Thursday to having sexual contact with a minor.
Donald James Henderson, 820 Elm St., is charged with felony gross sexual imposition.
According to court documents he touched a youth's private area.
Henderson's next court date is set for 3 p.m. July 10.

E A 41-year-old Moorhead woman pleaded innocent to charges stemming from the October 2000 robbery of Slapshot Pizza.
Roberta Lynne Brown, 1929 18th Ave. S., is charged with robbery and accomplice to robbery.
Brown told police she was responsible for the robbery, according to court documents.
The amount of money that was taken from the business was not released, said Fargo Police Sgt. Wayne Jorgenson.
Brown's next court date is set for 3 p.m. July 10.
