West Fargo's continued growth and city leaders' ongoing concerns with the Red River diversion project will be among the topics highlighted in Mayor Rich Mattern's "State of the City" address tonight.
Mattern's speech will be during the regularly scheduled commission meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 800 4th Ave. E.
Commissioners also plan to discuss the diversion project.
The meeting is open to the public.
