WF man suspected in recent burglaries

West Fargo police arrested a 41-year-old man late Friday who they are now investigating for a series of recent Main Avenue burglaries in Fargo and West Fargo.

West Fargo police arrested a 41-year-old man late Friday who they are now investigating for a series of recent Main Avenue burglaries in Fargo and West Fargo.

Jeffrey L. Goodijohn, 424 7th Ave. E., was arrested for a parole violation. North Dakota Parole and Probation, along with the West Fargo and Fargo police departments, conducted the parole search around 11:30 p.m. Friday and determined that a parole violation had been committed.

Officers were waiting at Goodijohn's residence when the man arrived home and then attempted to leave the scene. They caught up to him and initiated a traffic stop.

The burglaries Goodijohn is being investigated for have taken place in a number of Fargo and West Fargo businesses over the past several weeks.
