FARGO - Police here arrested a Kansas man early today after a woman accused him of forcing her into a bathroom at a south Fargo bar and making her perform oral sex on him.
The alleged victim, a 22-year-old Fargo woman, told police she was walking by the men's bathroom at The Hub and said "hi" to the suspect. She told police he then grabbed her and forced her into the bathroom, where he allegedly forced the sexual act, police Sgt. Mark Lykken said.
Hub personnel broke up the encounter.
After an investigation, police arrested 21-year-old Mojak Wany Anyit of Olathe, Kan., on suspicion of sexual assault. He was taken to the Cass County Jail.
The incident was reported at 1:22 a.m.
