A 28-year-old woman accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy she met while working at a youth treatment center has been released on $10,000 bail.
Kimberly Michelle Nack was taken into custody after making an initial appearance Wednesday morning in Cass County District Court, but was later released after posting bond.
Nack faces a Class C felony charge of sexual assault for kissing the boy and allowing him to touch her breasts.
She pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a Class A misdemeanor charge of harboring a runaway minor.
Authorities looking for a runaway found the boy at Nack's apartment at 2526 15th Ave. S. in Fargo.

Nack met the boy when she worked at Luther Hall, a Fargo youth treatment center.
The two continued to see each other after he left and the relationship then became more of a friendship, according to court documents.
Nack is on administrative leave from The Village in Fargo, where she worked as a truancy officer for the Moorhead School District.
Her attorney, Lindsey Haugen, told Judge Wade Webb that Nack has voluntarily enrolled in counseling at Prairie St. John's in Fargo.
She has moved out of her Fargo apartment where the boy was found and intends to stay with her mother in Hawley, Minn., Haugen said.
Nack is scheduled for another court appearance on Feb. 8.
