FARGO - A 29-year-old Fargo woman will serve two years on probation after selling marijuana on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation near Devils Lake.
Christine Ann Holtz pleaded guilty to a federal drug charge in May and was sentenced Thursday by District Court Judge Ralph R. Erickson.
In October 2010, Holtz sold two bags of marijuana at a hotel on the reservation.
The bags totaled 12.64 grams.
