DULUTH, Minn. - A woman struck by a vehicle in the Target store parking lot in Duluth on Saturday has died, police said Monday.
Pauline Jane Taylor, 70, of Duluth died after she was hit by a vehicle as she walked toward the store.
Police said a 29-year-old Duluth man was the driver of the vehicle but did not say Monday if he had been charged.
