A 25-year-old Fargo woman charged in connection with an attempted murder earlier this year pleaded guilty to two felony charges Monday.
Kelly Theresa Miller, 1519 48th St. S., pleaded guilty to Class C felony charges of criminal facilitation in a robbery and theft of property for providing Louis Lugert and Thomas Rivet "substantial assistance" in robbing a Fargo man Feb. 16.
In September, a jury convicted Rivet of attempted murder and robbery and Lugert of being an accomplice. The man was stabbed nine times before the two stole his computers and hauled them away in Miller's car.
East Central District Judge Wade Webb sentenced Miller to serve 68 days of a one-year and one-day sentence, with the remaining balance suspended for one year.
She received credit for 68 days and must also serve one year of supervised probation, pay $1,000 in fees and complete 30 days of treatment at the North Dakota State Hospital within the next 90 days.
