GRAND FORKS, N.D. - A woman has been ordered to jail after pleading guilty to drug-related charges and child endangerment stemming from a search of her family home.
Nichole Pamela Bartlette, 21, of Grand Forks was charged after a September search of the home she shared with her parents and brother turned up more than 8 pounds of marijuana.
Authorities said a 3-year-old child was in the home.
Bartlette was sentenced Tuesday to 365 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, and was given credit for 22 days served after pleading guilty to paraphernalia possession and child endangerment charges. She also was ordered to pay $630 in fines and fees and was given two years of supervised probation.
