Appareo Systems, Fargo, has hired Ben Wright as vice president of sales and marketing.
Wright previously worked for 3M Co. as business development manager of its aerospace division. He also held several other positions including marketing manager and strategy and business development analyst.
He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy and served eight years in the U.S. Army as an aviation officer and helicopter pilot. He served during Operation Iraqi Freedom and later graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
