HOPE, N.D. — The Friday, June 5, COVID-19 testing event in Hope resulted in no positive test results, according to Courtney Tangen, Steele County's public health director.

Steele County Public Health, in conjunction with Traill District Health Unit, Nelson-Griggs District Health Unit, Mayville State University and the North Dakota National Guard, hosted the two-hour, drive-up testing event in the parking lot of Hope-Page High School.

A total of 109 tests were processed by the state lab as a result of the testing event, according to Tangen. Everyone who was tested should receive a call with their results.

Tangen added that there are no active cases in Steele County.

“Everyone that was in isolation or quarantine in Steele County is now out and recovered,” she said.
