CAMPBELL, Minn. - Betsy Garcia, 60, West Fargo, N.D., died Thursday, March 25, in her daughter’s home.

A celebration of life will be from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 3, at the Foxhole Bar and Grill in Foxhome, Minn. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
