BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. - Carmen Plummer, 80, Wahpeton, N.D., died Friday, Jan. 24, in St. Francis Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home in Wahpeton. Visitation will continue from 1-2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 30, at Evergreen United Methodist Church in Wahpeton. Pastor Jen Tyler will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
