Curtis “Curt” Thomson

Curtis “Curt” Lee Thomson, 68, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020 in his home surrounded by family.

Curt was born August 7, 1951 in Moorhead, MN to Leo and Lois (Gehrig) Thomson. He grew up in Barnesville, MN where he graduated from Barnesville High School. Curt married Karen in 1973. They raised their family on the farm in Rothsay until later moving to West Fargo. His passion was truck driving, but he also farmed, had a limousine company, and started a landscaping company. Curt loved to hunt, give tractor rides to the grandkids, and ride his Harley. His family was his pride and joy.

Curt is survived by his wife, Karen; children, Shawn (Kathie), Candida, Jesse (Jill), Jeremy; grandchildren, Kim (Mike), Kellie, Bailey, Jada, Marisa; and mother, Lois Thomson.

Curt is preceded in death by his father, Leo Thomson.

A visitation will take place from 1:00-2:00 PM followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2020 at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. The service will be streamed at 2:00 PM on Boulger Funeral Home’s website.
