March 3, 1927 - May 29, 2019 HARVEY, N.D. - Dale E. Miller, 92, Harvey, N.D., formerly rural Manfred, N.D., died Wednesday, May 29, in St. Aloisius Hospital. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday, June 3, at Nelson Funeral Home in Fessenden, N.D. A funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, at Manfred Seventh Day Adventist Church near Manfred. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements by Nelson Funeral Home.
