RANCHOS PALOS VERDES, Calif. - David J. Shawstad, 48, formerly Detroit Lakes, Minn., died Saturday, Oct. 30, in his home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon, with a prayer service at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 20, at Harvest Church in Frazee, Minn. A private graveside service will be held in Hawley, MInn.
