FARGO, N.D. - DeAnn Lynn (Twete) Ulmer, 70, Fullerton, N.D., died Saturday, Nov. 21, in Sanford Medical Center.

A private memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, at Zoar Lutheran Church in LaMoure, N.D. Masks are required. The service will be live streamed on Dahlstrom Funeral Home’s website.
