RUGBY, N.D. - Delmer Ostrem, 91, Rugby, N.D., died Tuesday, June 22, in Rugby Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service and sharing of memories at 7 p.m., Thursday, July 1, at Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby. Visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m., followed by the funeral at 11 a.m., Friday, July 2, at First Lutheran Church in Rugby. Burial will be in Persilla Watts Cemetery in Rugby. Services will be livestreamed on the funeral home’s website.
