FARGO, N.D. - Elmer Tarnasky, 89, Fargo, N.D., died Thursday, Nov. 21, in Elim Rehab and Care Center.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a funeral at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Peace Lutheran Church in Fargo. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
