July 9, 1918 - Sept. 23, 2019 BISMARCK, N.D. - Hazel Togstad Williams, 101, Maddock, N.D., died Monday, Sept. 23, in St. Vincent Nursing Home. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 3, at Nelson Funeral Home in Maddock. A funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at North Viking Lutheran Church in Maddock. Burial will be in Albert Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery near Maddock. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements by Nelson Funeral Home.
