FARGO, N.D. - Ione Palmer, 90, Fargo, N.D., died Saturday, Nov. 16, in Elim Care Center.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home in Fargo. Burial will be in North Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Mandan, N.D.
