MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - John Abel, 94, Wayzata, Minn., died Wednesday, April 15, in Minneapolis Veterans Hospital.

A celebration of life will be 3 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at Association of Free Lutheran Congregations in Minneapolis.
