GRAND FORKS, N.D. - John Peyerl, 79, rural Penn, N.D., died Saturday, Dec. 26, in Altru Hospital from hemorrhagic stroke.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., with a rosary and scripture service at 7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 1, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Devils Lake, N.D. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, at the church. The Very Rev. C.F. Wilhelm will celebrate the Mass. The Mass will be livestreamed on the church’s Facebook page. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Honor Guard will be provided by the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.
