ROCHESTER, Minn. - Judy Belter, 72, Fargo, N.D., formerly Leonard,, N.D., died Friday, July 24, in Mayo Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Friday, July 31, at West Funeral Home in West Fargo, N.D. Visitation will continue from 9-10 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 1, at Bethel Moravian Church near Leonard. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
