VALLEY CITY, N.D. - Kevin Loibl, 56, Rogers, N.D., died Saturday, Sept. 26, in Mercy Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 2, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Valley City. Visitation will continue from 9:30-10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 3, at the church. Masks are required. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Fingal, N.D.
