BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. - LeRoy A. Dinger, 86, Wahpeton, N.D., died Tuesday, July 7, in CHI St. Francis Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 3, at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home in Wahpeton. Masks are required. Burial will be in Elk Creek Cemetery in Wyndmere, N.D.
