Lois Jean Goldberg Eichler

Born Sept 13, 1931 in Fargo, North Dakota, Lois peacefully passed to heaven on Oct 21, 2020 in Newport Beach, California.  She is survived by  her brother US Judge Richard Goldberg and his wife Mary. She lived a long life beginning with earning a degree from from Pine Manor College, Chestnut Hill, MA.  After graduation she moved to New York City where she was employed in the fashion industry with Glamour Magazine and appeared on the Today Show as a fashion commentator. She was married to Ed Eichler and initially lived in Chicago before moving to California in the Montecillo neighborhood of Rancho Santa Fe. Lois’ husband passed away prematurely in the 1970s. Thereafter Lois spent her summers in Newport Beach and winters in Palm Desert.  She traveled the world and met many fascinating people. She had friends who loved her for decades. If you ever met Lois you would never forget her. She was one of a kind.
