Mildred (Toyne) Fitterer

Mildred (Toyne) Fitterer passed away peacefully on October 31st, 2020 at home.

Mildred was born July 24, 1931 at St. John’s Hospital in Fargo to Vernon and Bertha (Yackley) Toyne. She grew up in Lisbon, North Dakota.

She attended Dakota Business College (1949-50).

She married Ervin Fitterer on December 21st, 1951. Mildred worked at the Fargo Forum for many years and owned and operated Newcomers Welcome Service in Fargo until 2010.

Mildred is survived by her husband Ervin, her daughter Nancy and husband Clint (Lende) along with their children Mason and Teagan, son Dale along with his children Nathan and Kari and husband Tony and son Giorgio, son Brian, daughter Diane and husband Steve (Fritz) along with their children Andrew, Jacob, and Lucas and wife Renae and children Calvin and Thea, and son Jim. Also by her sister in-law Dorothy Steiner, and many nieces and nephews.

A private immediate family only service will be held on November 4th at Boulger Funeral Home.
