PARK RIVER, N.D. - Apalona Kiser, 102, Park River, N.D., formerly Hoople, N.D., died Friday, Feb. 10, in Good Samaritan Society - Park River.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, at Good Samaritan Society Chapel in Park River. Inurnment will be in the spring in Hoople City Cemetery.
