MOORHEAD, Minn. - Armand Moen, 89, Fargo, N.D., died Thursday, Feb. 23, in River Pointe Senior Living under the care of HRRV.

A time of gathering will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 27, at Anderson Funeral Home in Twin Valley, Minn. Inurnment will be at a later date in St. Petri Cemetery near Gary, Minn.
