FARGO, N.D. - Charles A. Mullins II, 53, Fargo, N.D., died Friday, March 31, in Sanford Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by a funeral at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 6, at Salem Evangelical Free Church in Moorhead, Minn. Interment will be in the spring in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Fargo.
