FARGO, N.D. - Colleen Phillips, 68, Fargo, N.D., died Monday, March 14, in her home.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 19, at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home in Fargo. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Fargo.
