FARGO, N.D. - Douglas Debing, 80, West Fargo, N.D., died Saturday, Feb. 4, in Essentia Health.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 10, at West Funeral Home in West Fargo. A celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in West Fargo. Interment will be in Fargo National Cemetery in Harwood, N.D.
