FARGO, N.D. - Leon “Chip” Hoeg, 75, Fargo, N.D., died Saturday, Jan. 21, in his home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

A celebration of life will be from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo.
