M Audrey McConnell

M Audrey McConnell passed peacefully April 1, 2023 after recently celebrating her 98th birthday. Preceded in death by husband, Gerald, son, Jim, and grandsons Bobbie Cooper and Randy Cooper. 

 Audrey was born Mar 3, 1925 in Knoxville TN. Her family moved to St Louis, MO where she met her husband, Gerald before WWII. She married Gerald Aug 3,1941 at the tender age of 16. They moved to Fargo, ND after the war where they raised their children, Sharon, Jim and Barbara.

Audrey worked at Herbst Dept store for over 20 years and then at the Pred’s Coat store. She is survived by her daughters Sharon (Carothers) and Barbara (Latcham), brother Don Greene, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Burial service will be May 18 at 1 pm at Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, ND
