FERGUS FALLS, Minn. - Phyllis Balken, 78, Fergus Falls, Minn., died Friday, Jan. 21, in PioneerCare.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by a service at noon, Friday, Jan. 28, at New Life Lutheran Church in Rothsay, Minn. Rev. David Strom will officiate. Interment will be in Hamar Cemetery near Rothsay. Memorials are preferred to the church or Partners.
