FARGO, N.D. - Raymond Richard Ortlepp Sr., 83, Frazee, Minn., died Sunday, Feb. 27, in Essentia Health from complications following a heart attack.

A celebration of life will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 4, at Shorewood Pub in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
