Dec. 28, 1931 - Sept. 7, 2019 HARVEY, N.D. - Ruby Ellen Tebelius, 87, Bowdon, N.D., died Saturday, Sept. 7, in St. Aloisius Nursing Home. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at Nelson Funeral Home in Fessenden, N.D. A funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at Bowdon Country Seventh-Day Adventist Church near Bowdon. Pastor Sarel Smit will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Bowdon Country Seventh-day Adventist Cemetery.
