MANDAN, N.D. - Ruth Kutzer, 94, Bismarck N.D., formerly Oakes, N.D., died Friday, June 18, in Sunset Drive - a Prospera Community.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 25, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Bismarck. The service will be live-streamed on Bismarck Funeral Home’s Facebook page.
