Sharon P. Anderson

Sharon P. Anderson, age 62, of Fargo, ND, met her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Sanford Health Palliative Care, Fargo.

Sharon Patricia Anderson was born November 30, 1955, at Valley City, ND, the daughter of Clifford and Margaret (Sannes) Anderson. She grew up in Valley City, where she graduated from VCHS. She then attended Trinity Bible College, Ellendale, and Valley City State University. Sharon moved to Fargo in 1980.

She worked for Lakeland Mental Health, Moorhead, and taught private piano and guitar lessons. She also worked at HotLine (now FirstLink) in Fargo. Sharon had volunteered at Dakota Hospital, and at HotLine prior to her employment there. She also served as church organist and pianist in various churches, mostly at St. Paul's Free Lutheran, and had played for countless events, weddings, funerals, choirs, and vocalists.

She loved Southern Gospel music and enjoyed any type of music concert she could attend. Sharon loved her cats and thought of them as her family.

Sharon was a woman of faith, and even though her health declined and she experienced countless health problems, she gave credit to God for helping her through her struggles.

Sharon is survived by one aunt, Nora Sannes, several cousins and one nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Mary Lou Dahm, and one nephew.

Her family would like to thank the staff of Bethany Homes for the special care given to Sharon.

Funeral: 11AM Monday, December 3, 2018 in St. Paul's Free Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND, with Visitation held one hour prior to service in the church

Burial: Woodbine Cemetery, Valley City, ND
