Tamara Peterson Jones

Tamara Peterson Jones, 59, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on September 20, 2020. Tami was born on December 11, 1960 in North Dakota. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Concordia College and studied in South Africa and Paris. She crawled thru tunnels at the pyramids, took a trip to the Holy Land with her mother, who she was very close with. She was a member of Lutheran Mission and ran a homeless shelter at Christ Lutheran Center for 25 years. Tami loved being a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Linthicum, Maryland. She is survived by her beloved husband, Dennis W. Jones; and her devoted mother, Dolores Herzog Peterson. She was preceded in death by her father, Everett Peterson.
