BATTLE LAKE, Minn. - Valerie Schmid, 79, Battle Lake, died Monday, March 11, in her home under the care of LB Hospice.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., followed by the funeral Mass at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 16, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Battle Lake. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Arrangements by Glende-Nilson Funeral Home in Battle Lake.
