Tara graduated from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, S.D., and Randy graduated from North Dakota State University. Tara and Randy graduated from Pacific University School of Optometry, Forest Grove, Ore.
A July 15 wedding is planned at the Plains Art Museum, Fargo.
