WEST FARGO — Families are invited to an evening of live music, food, activities and uplifting speakers at Landon's Night at The Lights on Sunday, June 27. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and will be held at Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights, 300 32nd Ave. W. in West Fargo.

A handful of local celebrities will speak and a special tribute in remembrance of Landon Solberg, the West Fargo boy diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2017 when he was 10 years old, will be unveiled. Despite his prognosis, Landon demonstrated incredible faith and strength, losing his battle nearly two years ago. Landon's Light Foundation is the nonprofit organized to honor Landon's legacy and support children battling serious medical illnesses.

NFL quarterback Carson Wentz, NDSU men's basketball coach David Richman and NDSU football coach Matt Entz will each take a turn speaking at the event.

Tickets for the event are $22 plus fees, and can be ordered on Ticketmaster.com.
