I'm sure Fargo Mayor Dennis Walaker is a very intelligent man. I see him most every day on TV. Sure wish he would get a shave.
As I recall, he looks - like what I used to set traps for on my way to school, in the slough, 1934-1935. When I caught one I then had money for ice cream cone and could go to a movie, which cost 10 cents for kids under age 10. Double dip cone was same price.
